11/12/2005 - December 2005 Newsletter

Hi All

As this is the final newsletter for 2005 it gives me the opportunity to wish you all a very Happy and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Yew.

1 would just like to remind you of 2005.

Pembroke show springs to mind with the 8th wonder of the world appearing mid belonging to fellow Barkaway Competitors check the news article on this site.

Also at Pembroke some of you win a trophy and get upset, is it worth it? Of course it is.

Brilliant show good company but be warned you get invited to a party & 1 if person goes home the other goes to bed early, party cancelled.

But seriously now 2005 was a good year for all of you, but 2006 can be even better if you want it to be, your choice.

Don't forget if you have booked in on the Christmas training days, make sure you get the right day if you cannot make it please let me know as people are asking for places still.

These days need to be paid for by the 10th Dec, any places not paid for will be reallocated, should any day be cancelled a full refund will be given.

Finally a big congratulations to Pauline & Geordie for qualifying for the 2006 ABC Olympia semi finals at Tatton Park in June.

So many of you have done really well that it would not be possible to mention you all.

But a very big well done to every one.

Dates to remember;

Dec 19th Barkaway party at the Perdiswell Venue.

Dec 24th Barkaway fun day weather permitting at the field.

No training on the 17/18th Dec got to go some where else that weekend.

Dec 31st will replace the 17th Dec training normal times week 5. (Check the Training Section for full schedule)

That's it for 2005 good luck in 2006 & I hope you all stay with Barkaway for the ride.

Ian Smith
