I just wanted to let everyone know, that this morning I made the decision to take Max to the vets, and at 10.30 I had Max put to sleep.
I would like to say thank you to everyone who has expressed their sympathies. I am going to miss him hugely. He was my first agility dog, and together Max and I have made a lot of mistakes, but we have also learnt a lot, and had massive amounts of fun along the way.
He was never going to be the best, or even win alot, but I have a large carrier bag of clear round rosettes, and a selection of photos that will show you how much he enjoyed it.
Bearing in mind the type of character my little old lad was, I am currently raising a rather large glass, and hoping that he isn't in pain any longer.

Well done to Neil for his 2nd place with Bruno and Loo for her 3rd place with the mad Belgian Diva in Grade 2 Jumping at Shuttleworth on Sunday. Brilliant runs --- accurate and fast.
Now when Diva gets the seesaw everyone will have to watch out !!!!!!
Thanx to the H's, Neil and Louise for a lovely relaxed weekend even if we did work nearly all day both days. We're the ring party to hire LOL.

Hiya
Just wanted to say what a great time we had had Dashin' Dogs! A HUGE thankyou to the Gang for keeping me grounded as only they know how to do. It was your support that got me a clear round with D!
Congratulations to all of you who got places and clears - but I think major congratulations go to a young collie with beautiful big ears! - Bob the Champion. 6 months ago he was rescued by Helena and Ruth and was in a terrible state, at the weekend he won a 2nd place in agility! - WOW!
Credit to both Ruth and Helena for giving a very sad little lad a wonderful home and a fantastic purpose in life! I think Jojo might have some stiff competition in the next few months!!
Here's to another winning weekend at Shuttleworth!

well done to all who got places at dashin dogs, crackin run mand, shame storm bit you in the ass in the flick flack challenge or you would have won it!although we didn't manage to go clear buffy worked on a treat, flying round the g4 jumping monday and nobody saw her! :( michele, buffy and indi xx
