Hi
My friend has an eight year old miniature chocolate poodle who is very feisty!
He is very active, fit and healthy and acts about two!
The trouble is he never stops barking - I have tried my hardest to help with him, but my friend has 9 month old twins and simply can't cope with him any more.
He is a gorgeous little chap but he was spoilt rotten so he is rather precocious to say the least.
In the right environment (no children) and with patience and time he would make someone a great companion.
He is very intelligent (hence most of his problems!) and I think if someone could take the time to exercise his mental talents he would calm down very quickly. Despite his age, I think he would love to have a go at agility and would take to it very quickly.
I really do adore this little chap, I have known him since he was seven weeks old and we both want him to go to a very special home.
We are in the West Midlands area.

If any Barkaway members should see the Packington trailer around in your area or perhaps a pile of agility equipment, please would you ring Sue Love on 079181.32032 as it was stolen last night from Solihull Riding Club.
The trailer is a 12' Wessex, twin-axled and is signwritten Packington Agility Dog Society on the front and sides and large letters P A D S on the roof.

A big thanks to my sister, Dawn Milner for training and competing with our dog, Harvey. We never thought she would be able to calm him down, but they have had a brilliant 1st season achieving many 1st and other places, plus his Agility Warrant.
Keep up the good work and who knows where you will be this time next year!!!

Hello Ian,
I just thought I would put a message on your site to thank you for all your hard work and faith you've had in me with Jade & Harvey over the last few months. It's been well over 12 months now since the trouble with Jades weaves & if it hadn't been for you I would have given up a long time ago. It was only your confidence in both of us that made me continue training and it looks like it's paying off, Jade's about 90% there now, she just needs a little bit more fine tunning & we'll have cracked it. A few place's under Jade's belt will be the icing on the cake! Like today at Agility Addicts, Jade's First ever Clear Agility round (including weaves) & we came 5th!!.
Well what can i say about Harvey, He's a little star. He was thrown in at the deep end when he started training because Jade had got a lot more experience, but he took to it like a duck to water. He's already won out of elementary & starters & gained his Agility Warrant all within 5 months of competing. I just hope it all continues to go well next year, but with your help i'm sure it will.
So thank you very much for all your help & advice, have a happy 5th Barkaway birthday & I'll see you at training.
